Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut’s SGM Cancelled Due to Lack of Quorum

Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company Limited has cancelled its Special General Meeting (SGM) after the meeting failed to meet the required quorum.
The SGM, scheduled to be held on Ashad 01, 2083, at the Himshikhar Party Venue, Chapagaun, Lalitpur, could not proceed as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2063, and the company’s Articles of Association due to insufficient shareholder representation.
As a result, the company has officially announced the postponement of the meeting. A new date for the rescheduled SGM is expected to be announced soon.
