Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Proposes to Issue Right Shares in the Ratio of 1: 0.5662

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited (DORDI) has proposed to issue 56.62% rights shares to its shareholders.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 has decided to issue 56.62% right shares on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.10 Arba. Hence, after the issue of 1,19,38,714.58 units of right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will be revamped to Rs. 3.30 Arba.

Note that the issuance of the right shares is contingent upon approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and subsequent endorsement at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The last trading price of DORDI shares was Rs. 259.00.
