Do Not Forget: Last Day to Grab Dividend of These Two Companies

Today is the last day to grab the dividend of Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB). The company has called its 6th AGM on 31st Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Hotel Pauwa, Rupandehi, starting at 10: 30 am that day.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the 17.81% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 160th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 23 has decided to distribute 17.81% bonus shares for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 14,95,36,650, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2,66,33,056.38.
Furthermore, the AGM will elect four board members from the promoters and two from the general investors.
The book closure date is tomorrow, i.e. Chaitra 18. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has also called its 5th AGM on 31st Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Panchakanya Banquet, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the 8.85% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This is the company's first dividend. The 99th meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Falgun 12 has decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in bonus shares. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 26,34,48,000, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2,33,15,148.
The AGM will also elect four board members from the promoters and two from the general investors.
Furthermore, this AGM will endorse the company's acquisition of BPW Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta in the share swap ratio of 100: 95: 95. The existing promoter to the public shareholding ratio of the company is 63.65: 36.35. After acquiring BPW Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta, the ratio will be 68.3: 31.7. The AGM will endorse this change.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 18. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 18 to Chaitra 31.
