Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has appointed Director Dipendra Kumar Mishra as the Chairman of its Board of Directors.
The decision was made during the company’s 91st board meeting held on Thursday, Ashwin 15, 2083.
Mishra has been selected to fill the vacant chairman position and will serve in the role until the company's next annual general meeting.
