Did You Get Your Bonus Shares from SIFC?

6,10,998.7950 bonus shares of Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited (SIFC) are already deposited in the respective investor's Demat accounts. The procedure commenced on Chaitra 24.

Shree Investment Banking and Finance has virtually convened its 26th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sashi Raj Pandey on Poush 29, 2077. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 7.37% bonus shares and a 3.16% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The same bonus shares are now deposited. The company has requested investors to dematerialize their shares in case they have not done so yet. 

Note that the shares are already listed in NEPSE. As of writing, SIFC has the last day closing of Rs. 272.
