Deputy Speaker Rubi Kumari Thakur along with 5 Members Left for China Visit

A five member Nepali delegation led by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rubi Kumari Thakur, left for China on Wednesday morning.
The team is traveling to the city of Nyingchi in the Xizang (Tibet) Autonomous Region to attend the 5th China Xizang Trans Himalaya Forum for International Cooperation.
According to Ekram Giri, the spokesperson for the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Deputy Speaker Thakur is scheduled to address the forum, which runs through July 16 (Saun 1).
During her visit, Thakur is also scheduled to meet with Wang Junzheng, the Communist Party Secretary of Xizang.
The delegation is expected to return to Nepal on July 17 (Saun 4).
