Deadline To Apply For Siddhartha Capital Limited's Mutual Fund Scheme "Siddhartha Equity Fund 2" Extended Till Jestha 04

Siddhartha Capital Limited has extended the deadline for the mutual fund scheme "Siddhartha Equity Fund 2" to the general public and institutions until 4th Jestha, 2083. The issue opened on the 21st Baishakh, 2083, and was supposed to close today, the 24th Baishakh, 2083. However, since the scheme didn't receive enough applications, the deadline has been extended until 4th Jestha, 2083.

Out of 10 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1,50,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 15 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Siddhartha Bank Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 crores units worth Rs 85 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.

According to CDSC, 78,921 applicants have applied for 8,36,45,040 units worth Rs. 83.64 Crores so far.

"Siddhartha Equity Fund 2" is closed-ended. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
