Daraz Express (DEX) Launches Advanced Last-Mile Delivery Service Across Nepal

Daraz, South Asia’s leading e-commerce platform, has officially launched its advanced last-mile delivery solution through Daraz Express (DEX) in Nepal. The service offers faster, tech-driven logistics support for both platform and non-platform sellers, ensuring local deliveries within 24 hours and inter-city within 48 hours. With an impressive 90%+ success rate and an average delivery time under 1.5 days, DEX provides reliable, AI-powered route planning and real-time tracking.

Currently operational in 108 cities, DEX plans to expand to 70 more before the 11.11 campaign. The system supports sellers with multiple weekly COD settlements, real-time transaction tracking, and no fees for failed deliveries. According to Daraz Group’s Chief Logistics Officer Ahmed Tanveer, DEX aims to simplify logistics, boost customer satisfaction, and foster sustainable e-commerce growth across South Asia.
