Daily Summary: NEPSE Continues Falling Spree, Fell 0.61% To Limit Intraday Turnover To Rs. 82.62 Crores

The NEPSE index closed at 1,939.88 today after losing 11.97 points from last trading day. This is a loss of 0.61%. The index had lost 21.22 points yesterday.
The index opened at 1,951.21 and went intraday high at 1,955.97. Then the index made intraday low at 1,933.29 and ultimately closed at 1,939.88.
224 scrips traded hands via 20,452 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 2,943,769 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 82.62 Crores in the turnover amount. This is alot lower than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.190 Arba.
Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) had the highest turnover of Rs. 5.15 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 870 per share. The shares of Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) traded the most.
Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) gained the highest 7.72% for the day.
On the other side of things, 10% Prime Debenture 2088 (PBD88) lost the highest 5.88% today.
Only one sector indices closed green, "Mutual Fund" gained 0.78% while "Trading" lost the highest 2.43%.
