Citizens Bank Q3 earnings clocks Rs 45.78 cr, a rise by 50.59%

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has reported 50.59% rise in profit for the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2071/72.

The bank’s profit rose to Rs 45.78 crore in the third quarter, up from Rs 30.40 crore reported in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.

According to an unaudited report published on Baisakh 7, Citizens Bank mobilized Rs 34.79 arba in deposit by the end of third quarter and extended a total of Rs 28.74 arba in loans.

Its non-performing loans (NPL) stood at 1.79 percent, an improvement from the corresponding period of last fiscal year when the NPL was at 2.39 percent.

The bank reported a CD ratio of 75.75%.

While its EPS stands at Rs 25.33, its net worth per share is valued at Rs 135.12.
