Citizens Bank Partners with Lomas Digital to Promote Digital Banking with Exclusive Discounts

Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an MoU with Lomas Digital Pvt. Ltd., offering exclusive discounts on Whirlpool and KitchenAid products to its cardholders and mobile banking users. This partnership aligns with the bank's strategy to boost digital transactions and provide added value to customers. By encouraging the use of digital banking services, Citizens Bank aims to reduce cash dependency and enhance customer convenience.

The bank has been at the forefront of digital innovation, introducing services like Nepal’s first virtual credit card through Fonepay and enabling share applications via its mobile app. Citizens Bank also offers cross-bank teller services and continues to invest in expanding digital features. Its efforts were recognized with the Bank of the Year 2024 award.

With a vast network of 200 branches across 61 districts and over 1.89 million customers, Citizens Bank emphasizes financial inclusion and modern banking access in rural areas.
