Citizens Bank Partners with Hilton Kathmandu to Offer Digital Discounts and Expand Modern Banking Services

Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an agreement with Hilton Kathmandu, Naxal, to provide exclusive benefits to its customers. As per the agreement, Citizens Bank cardholders, privilege cardholders, and mobile banking users will receive a 10% discount at Hilton Kathmandu. This collaboration aims to promote digital transactions over cash payments, enhancing customer convenience and driving digital banking adoption.

The bank continues to introduce user-friendly services to encourage digital payments. Recently, Citizens Bank won the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" award and launched Nepal’s first virtual credit card in partnership with Fonepay. Additional innovations include share applications, CRN services via mobile banking, and cross-bank teller QR withdrawals.

Citizens Bank currently serves over 1.89 million customers across 61 districts through 200 branches, 168 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 74 branchless banking units, providing widespread access to modern banking services.
