Citizens Bank Launches Attractive Home Loan Scheme at 6.99% Fixed Interest for 7 Years

Citizens Bank International Limited has introduced a new home loan scheme aimed at helping customers turn their dream of owning a home into reality. Under this offer, customers can avail home loans at a fixed interest rate of 6.99% per annum for up to 7 years. After the 7-year fixed period, the interest rate will be revised based on the bank’s prevailing average monthly base rate plus a 1.5% premium.

The bank is also offering a floating interest rate option at the average monthly base rate plus 0.55% premium, allowing customers to choose the plan that best suits their needs. This special scheme will remain valid until Ashadh-end 2083, and customers can visit any branch of the bank for further details. The bank’s average monthly base rate for Jestha currently stands at 5.28%.
