Citizens Bank International launches two new saving products; Citizens Samrakshit and Talab savings to provide 6.5% interest yield with attractive insurance benefits

Citizens Bank International has launched Citizens Samrakshit and Talab Saving accounts in the market.

Customers opting to open Samrakshit account with the bank can do so with minimum balance of Rs 5000, can receive interest of 6.5%, can get medical insurance claim of Rs 50K and accident death insurance claim of Rs 5 lakh.

Likewise, employees who opt to open Talab saving account with the bank with zero balance can also receive 6.5% interest p/a, receive medical insurance claim of Rs 25K, accidental death insurance claim of Rs 3 lakh.

Customers in both these schemes can receive free ABBS, free Demat service, free smart, mobile and online banking service, 50% discount while issuing draft swift in foreign currency, among many other services.

The bank currently has 93 branches, 91 ATM outlets and 103 branchless banking units under its network.
