Citizens Bank and MAN Launch Annual Award to Honor Nepal’s Top MBA Talent

Citizens Bank International Limited, in partnership with the Management Association of Nepal (MAN), has launched the MAN–Citizens Aspiring Manager Award to recognize top-performing MBA students from Purbanchal University. Signed on May 8, 2025, the annual award includes a cash prize of NPR 51,000 and will be presented during MAN’s Management Convention in Magh. A joint selection committee will choose the winner based on merit.

Citizens Bank views this initiative as part of its broader mission to support education, leadership, and corporate social responsibility. The bank, which recently won the “Bank of the Year 2024” award, has also led digital innovations such as Nepal’s first virtual credit card and CRN services through mobile banking.
