Citizen Investment Trust Contributes Rs 1.1 crores to Disaster Relief Fund

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has contributed Rs 1.1 crores to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

CIT Acting Chairman Uttam Kumar Khatri and Executive Director Parbat Kumar Karki handed over the cheque to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle on Monday.

The contribution will support the government’s rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts for communities affected by the devastating floods in the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers in Rasuwa.

CIT Board Member Narayan Prasad Ghimire and Director Shobha Shrestha were also present at the handover.
