Century Commercial Bank Urges Shareholders to Claim Due Dividend of Bank and Acquired Companies

Century Commercial Bank Limited has published a notice urging shareholders to collect due dividends distributed for various fiscal years in the past. The bank has also urged eligible shareholders to claim the due dividend distributed by companies that it acquired.

This is the list of companies acquired by the bank that has unclaimed dividend to be paid:

1) Araniko Development Bank
2) Innovative Development Bank
3) Alpine Development Bank
4) Seti Finance Limited
5) Sagarmatha Finance Limited

Investors who fail to claim their dividend within 5 years of dividend distribution will have their dividend deposited to the Investors Protection Fund instead. Investors who haven't claimed this dividend should present their share certificate and proof of identity to the Share Department to claim their dividend.
