Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited Closing Issue of 1: 1 Right Shares from Today

Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) is closing its rights offering today. Initially opened on 22nd Chaitra, 2082, the issue was set to close on 13th Baishakh, 2083. However, as per the notice, the rights offering will close today, i.e,. from 28th Baishakh, 2083.

The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 40 Crores through the issue of 40 lakhs (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The company's paid-up capital is Rs. 40 Crores. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 40 lakhs units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 80 Crores.

According to the CDSC, 39,393 applicants applied for 17,53,535 units of right shares, equivalent to Rs. 17.53 crores.

NIC Asia Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.

The book closure date is 1st Falgun, 2082. Thus, investors who held shares before that day can apply for them.
