Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Calls 18th AGM on Kartik 20

Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) has called its 18th AGM on 20th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at Walnut Bistro, Panipokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. that day.

These are the agenda items of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2082/83 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2083/84.
4) To approve the appointment of the board of directors.
5) Miscellaneous.

10th Kartik is the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders who maintain their shareholding before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
