Book Closure for 3rd AGM of Shivam Cement on 26th Chaitra, 2075; 15.78% cash dividend to be endorsed by the company

Shivam Cement Limited (SHIVM) has published a notice on Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding the book closure date for the purpose of the upcoming AGM of the company.

The 57^th BOD meeting held on 19^th Chaitra, 2075 has decided that the books of the company will remain closed on 26^th Chaitra, 2075 for the purpose of the 3^rd AGM of the company, which will be held on 9th Baisakh, 2076 at National Assembly Hall from 11:30 AM onwards. The company will be endorsing 15.7895% cash dividend worth Rs.69.40 Crore from the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.

Investors holding shares of the company till 25^th Chaitra, 2075 will be eligible to obtain the dividend and attend the AGM of the company.

The paid-up capital of Shivam Cements is Rs.4.40 Arba and its last trading price Rs.329 per share, traded on April 3, 2019.
