Book closure for 15% bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank on Poush 14

Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (MLBBL) has set a book closure date. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the book closure date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the microfinance company has been set from Poush 14 to Poush 29, 2074. But only those shareholders holding shares till Poush 13, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed divided. MLBBL had proposed 15% bonus shares and 0.78% cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 5.73 crore. After 15% bonus shares distribution, it will reach to Rs 6.58 crore. MLBBL will be convening its 9^th AGM on Poush 29, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Welcome, Janakpurdham – 3, Dhanusha. It had earned Rs 10.47 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
