9,90,000 unit bonus shares of United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 32nd AGM on 31st Ashadh, 2083, and endorsed a 4.5113% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting had decided to distribute a 4.2857% bonus shares and a 0.2256 % cash dividend.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
UAIL closed at Rs. 368.00.
