Bonus Shares of These Three Companies Are Now Listed in NEPSE

Bonus shares of three companies are now listed in NEPSE.

Global IME Bank virtually convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal on Poush 29, 2077.

The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 14% bonus shares and 2% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. After the endorsement of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank has scaled up to Rs 21.63 Arba. The same 2,65,66,231.8 Units Bonus Shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Similarly, the latest AGM of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) endorsed the 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 7% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 2,71,63,11,728.55. The same 19,01,418.21 units bonus shares are now listed.

Furthermore, Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) has distributed 2.5% bonus shares and 0.125% cash dividend (for tax purpose) for the fiscal year 2076/77. The same bonus shares in total 15000 units are now listed.
