Bonus Shares of Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Listed in NEPSE

1,16,321.2765 unit bonus shares of Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 11th AGM on Poush 30, and endorsed a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 9.5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 1.16 Crores and 0.5 % cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 6.12 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
