Bonus Shares of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited Listed in NEPSE

1,12,28,537.04 unit bonus shares of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 17th AGM on 11th Falgun, 2081, and endorsed a 14% dividend from the profits of FY 80/81 for shareholders. The 34th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 04 has decided to distribute 14% bonus shares. The existing paid-up capital of HLI is Rs. 8.02 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, HLI has an LTP of Rs. 404.08.
