64,02,711.74 bonus shares of Civil Bank Limited (CBL) are now listed in NEPSE.
Civil Bank virtually convened its 10th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Falgun 9, 2077. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8% bonus shares worth Rs 64.02 crore and 0.42% cash dividend worth Rs 3.34 crore to the shareholders for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, CBL has an LTP of Rs. 236.
