Bonus Shares and Right Shares of These Companies are Now Listed in NEPSE

2,78,837 units bonus shares of Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC) have been listed in NEPSE. The company had distributed 5% bonus shares and a 0.26% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Similarly, 25,53,100 units bonus shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) are now listed in NEPSE. The company had distributed 10% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Furthermore, the 56,70,000 units right shares of Api Power Company Limited (API) are also listed in NEPSE. This is the right shares opened for application in the ratio of 1: 0.476. The application had closed last year, i.e. November 19, 2020.
