Bonus Share of Two Companies Have Been Listed in NEPSE

4,07,692.3048 unit bonus shares of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (KMCDB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 16th AGM on Poush 30, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 4.07 Crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 21.45 Lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

The company convened it's 21st AGM on Poush 29, and endorsed a 6.3158% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 6% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 17.53 crores and 0.3158% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 92.31 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
