Bonus and Right Shares of These Four Companies Are Finally Listed in NEPSE

1,88,83,750 bonus shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) are now listed in NEPSE.

The commercial bank successfully held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2076-77 on 21st January 2021 at its head office, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu. The AGM endorsed the board's decision to distribute 18.5 % total dividend; 13 % bonus shares, and 5.5% cash dividend, on its total paid-up capital. The same bonus shares are now listed.

Similarly, 43,72,230.73 bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) are also listed in NEPSE.

Garima Bikas Bank virtually convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Magh 30, 2077. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13.50% bonus shares and 0.71% cash dividend to the shareholders. The same 13.5% bonus shares are now listed.

1,35,92,592 right shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) have also been listed in NEPSE. Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) had issued its 1:0.8284 ratio i.e., 1,35,92,592 units right share to its shareholders from Poush 28 till Magh 19, 2077. In the allotment, 12,640 investors were allotted a total of 1,32,38,378.95 shares. The remaining shares were then auctioned. The same right shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Lastly, 25,00,573.5642 bonus shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) have been listed in NEPSE. Furthermore, 12,442 right shares of the microfinance company are also listed in NEPSE. This was the quantity previously due to be listed.
