Bindhyabasini Hydropower Calls AGM on Kartik 18 to Endorse 5.2632% Dividend FY 82/83; When is the Book Closure Date?

Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) has called its 10th AGM on 18th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu, starting at 9:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2082/83.
2) Endorsement of the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84.
4) Endorse the 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend from its paid-up capital.
5)To approve the issuance of 1:1 rights shares.
6)To approve the decisions made by the Board of Directors.
7) Misc.

Kartik 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
