Bhujung Hydropower Holds 4th AGM, Elects New Board of Directors

Bhujung Hydropower Limited successfully completed its 4th Annual General Meeting at Amrapali Banquet.

The AGM elected new board members from both promoter and public shareholders, including Madhav Raj Acharya, Dr. Himal Bhattarai, Rajeshwar Duwal, Tank Prasad Subedi, and Santosh Shrestha from the promoter side, and Jelina Shrestha from public shareholders. Rita Gautam was appointed as an independent director.

During the meeting, the company’s annual report, financial statements, and future plans were discussed and approved, along with strategic discussions on future growth. The event concluded with congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected board members.
