Barun Hydro Power Company has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as the issue manager for its upcoming right issue.
The agreement was signed between BoD of the hydro company Mr. Krishna Lal Shrestha and CEO of RBB Merchant Banking Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel amid a program, as per the media statement.
