Banks to Remain Open on Saturday for Revenue Collection of Second Quarter
Nepal Rastra Branch has instructed banks and financial institutions to remain open tomorrow, i.e. on Saturday.
NRB issued this instruction in order to collect revenue and for clearing purposes. Tomorrow is the last Saturday before the end of the second quarter. However, note that the branches that are open for revenue collection and clearing purposes may not provide other services to their clients.
Some banks have already issued notices today informing the citizens that the branches will remain open tomorrow for revenue collection.
