Baikuntha Aryal Appointed Chairman of Himalayan Bank

Himalayan Bank Limited has appointed former Chief Secretary Dr. Baikuntha Aryal as its new Chairman.
Aryal brings long experience in economics, public administration, and management, and has previously served as a director of Himalayan Bank.
The position had remained vacant after former Chairman Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha resigned from the post. The bank’s Board of Directors appointed Aryal to fill the vacant position.
