Auction Closing Day of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited 3,20,000 Units Promoter Shares

SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) has announced the closure of its auction for 3,20,000 units of promoter shares. The auction, which opened on 10th Ashadh, 2083, officially closes today, 18th Ashadh, 2083.

The existing promoters, the general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 165 is the minimum bid rate for the auction.

The minimum bid quantity for the shares is 100,000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entire issue, they must comply with Nepal Rastra Bank's rule that they not exceed the specified share limit per entity.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the auction manager.
