Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is conducting its 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Mangsir22, 2074). The AGM is being held at Fall & Trout Village Hotel and Restaurant, Nuwakot at 10:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 3 crore (3 lakh units) to the general public, amendment of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
