Appointment of Directors in Gurans Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Gurans Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-04-29 that the 6th AGM of the company held on 2072-04-27 has elected Mr. Motilal Dugar, Mr. Malchand Dugar, Mr. Jyoti Kumar Begani, Mr. Dipak Nepal, Mr. Apachh Kumar yadav(from Sunrise Bank Ltd.) and Mr. Bishal Tated as the directors of the company. And the BOD meeting held on same date appointed Mr. Motilal Dugar as the chairpaerson of the company.
