Appointment of Directors and President in Reliance Lotus Finance Ltd.(RLFL)

Reliance Lotus Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-01-07 that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2071-12-26 has appointed new Directors namely Mr. Dharmendra Kaji Shrestha, Mr. Sur Krishna Baidhya, Mr. Deepak Kumar Acharya, Mr. Kabindra Shrestha, Mr. Bishnuman Joshi and Rabi Krishna Shrestha from Promoter Shareholders side, also Mr. Rajeev Bikram Shah and Mr. Kushal Malli from Ordinary Shareholders side. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Dharmendra Kaji Shrestha as a new President of the company.
