Janata Bank Nepal Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2071-12-26 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2071-12-20 has approved the resignation of company CEO Mr. Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai effective from 2071-12-20.The same meeting has appointed Deputy CEO Mr. Prithvi Narayan Shrestha as an Acting CEO of the company effective from 2071-12-20.
