Aloft Kathmandu Thamel Welcomes Marriott International Chairman David Marriott

Aloft by Marriott Kathmandu Thamel recently welcomed Mr. David Marriott, Chairman of the Board of Marriott International, along with Mr. Rajeev Menon and other senior leaders during their visit to the hotel.

The delegation was received by General Manager Vikram Singh and toured the property, experiencing the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and signature Aloft hospitality. The guests were later welcomed at Nylgiri Above It All by Chairman Prithvi Pande, Mrs. Pratima Pande, Managing Director Maheswor Shrestha, and the hotel’s leadership team, where they enjoyed curated culinary offerings and signature beverages.

Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Singh said the visit was a memorable experience for the hotel team and an opportunity to showcase the property and the Nylgiri experience.

The leadership team also joined the conclusion of Associate Appreciation Week (AAW), which featured a cultural dance performance by hotel associates. The event celebrated the contributions of associates and highlighted Marriott International’s people-first culture and commitment to employee recognition.
