After Successful Merger Between PFL and SFCL, Shares of Pokhara Finance Limited Listed in NEPSE

19,014,680 shares of Pokhara Finance Limited after a successful merger between Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) and Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) have been listed in NEPSE.
PFL and SFCL signed the merger agreement with each other at a swap ratio of 1:1. PFL had a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.02 arba, while SFCL's paid-up capital was Rs. 81.89 Crores. Following the merger, the combined paid-up capital has been recalculated to Rs. 1.83 Arba.
PFL and SFCL commenced the joint transaction in the name of "Pokhara Finance Limited" on Ashwin 23, 2082. The open price range is set as Rs. 804.91 for the first transactions.
