After a volatile day, NEPSE closes to lose 0.20 points; Multipurpose Finance Limited hits the positive circuit

The market today lost 0.20 points and closed at 1258.46 points. The turnover today was of Rs.30.41 Crore achieved from trade of 980,919 units of shares traded through 4,428 transactions trading scrips of 169 listed companies in the process.

NIC Asia Bank (NICA) posted today’s highest turnover of Rs.2.17 Crore with LTP of Rs.466 per share. Prabhu Bank (PRVU) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 76,266 units of shares. The LTP of the commercial bank stands at Rs.265 per share.

Multipurpose Finance (MPFL) hit the positive circuit today as it gained 9.69% or 19 points and closed at Rs.215 per share. Ghalemdi Hydropower (GHL) was today’s top loser as it lost 3.57% or 3 points and closed at Rs.81 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 0.23 points and closed at 270.52 points while Float Index lost 0.05 points and closed at 92.28 points.
