9.2% Bonus Shares of Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) Deposited to Demat Accounts

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has distributed 9.19983% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders on 23rd Ashar, 2078.
The company called its 10th AGM on Chaitra 18, i.e. March 31. Among other proposals, the AGM endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: a 9.2% bonus shares and 0.48% cash dividend.
The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts of shareholders. Note that the shares are already listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, the shares of the company have an LTP of Rs. 1,676.
