7% Bonus Shares of Kisan Lagubitta (KLBSL) Listed in NEPSE

3,29,959.37 unit bonus shares of Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 4th AGM on 28th Chaitra and endorsed a 7.3684% dividend worth Rs. 3.47 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 112th board of directors meeting held on Falgun 09 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 47.13 Crores. 7% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.29 crores and 0.3684% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 17.36 lakhs were proposed.
KLBSL closed at Rs. 710 last Thursday.
