An earthquake measuring 4.1 magnitude struck Dhading district at 11:14 am on Wednesday, with its epicentre located at Charangephedi, according to the Department of Mines and Geology.
The tremor was also felt in neighbouring districts, informed Dr. Lok Bijay Adhikari, Chief of the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre.
No reports of human casualties or property damage have been received so far following the quake.
