3 companies list 15.37 lakh units bonus share & 3 companies convert 30.11 lakh units promoter share

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 15, 37, 891 units bonus share of three different companies today (Ashad 19, 2073) for trading. Now the investors holding bonus shares of these three companies can sell their shares. Likewise   30, 11, 882.02 units promoter shares of three companies have been converted into ordinary shares leaving promoter public ratio 51:49. The shares of the following companies have been listed in NEPSE for trading: Listing of Bonus Shares of Araniko Development Bank Ltd. 2,34,391 units bonus share of Araniko Development Bank Ltd. has now been listed for trading.10^th AGM of Araniko Development Bank Limited held on 21^st Falgun, 2072 had endorsed 10% bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the FY 2071/72.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Central Finance Ltd. 6, 13, 800 units bonus share of Central Finance Ltd. has now been listed for trading. The finance company’s 19^th AGM conducted on Poush 29, 2072 endorsed 33% bonus share to its shareholders.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Siddhartha Insurance Ltd. 6, 89, 700 units bonus share of Siddhartha Insurance Ltd. has now been listed for trading.14^th AGM of the insurance company held on 30^th Chaitra , 2072 endorsed 25% bonus share from the net profit it earned in the FY 2071/72.   The shares of following companies have been converted from promoter to public in NEPSE: Conversion of shares of Society Development Bank Ltd. 8,08,363 units promoter share of Society Development Bank Ltd. has been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter public share ratio 51:49.   Conversion of shares of Vibor Development Bank Ltd. 15 ,59 ,164.02 units promoter share of Vibor Development Bank Ltd. has been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter public share ratio 51:49.   Conversion of shares of Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd. 6 ,44 ,355 units promoter share of Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd. has been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter public share ratio 51:49.
