The company issued 88.45168% right shares i.e., 50,30,901.55 (1: 0.25) units of right shares, to its existing shareholders from 8th Falgun to 14th Chaitra, 2081. The paid-up capital was Rs. 2.01 Arba. After adjusting the proposed right share i.e., 50,30,901.55, the company's paid-up capital increased to Rs. 2.51 Arba. The same rights shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NIL has an LTP of Rs. 692.91.
