21% Bonus Shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta Distributed to Demat Accounts

National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has distributed 21% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders. The company has also urged investors to dematerialize their shares.
The 8th AGM of the company held on Chaitra 5 endorsed a 27% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 107th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 19 had proposed a 21% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company during dividend distribution was Rs. 26,40,45,250. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 5,54,49,502 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 1,58,42,715.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, NMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 3,595.
