20% Bonus Shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta (SMFBS) Are Now Listed in NEPSE

1,53,423.60 bonus shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) are now listed in NEPSE.
Swabhimaan Laghubitta convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2076/77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Santosh Narayan Shrestha on Falgun 13, 2077. The AGM endorsed the proposal to provide 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend for taxation purposes. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The same bonus shares are now listed. While writing this, the LTP of SMFBS stands at Rs. 2,600.
