15% Bonus Shares of RMDC Laghubitta (RMDC) Listed in NEPSE

13,48,985.14 units bonus shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) have been listed in NEPSE. This is a portion of the dividend distributed by the company for the fiscal year 2076/77.
RMDC Laghubitta has virtually convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 22, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Ms. Sujata Joshi. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend out of its net profit of Rs. 45.21 crore.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. These shares will be tradable once they are deposited in the Demat accounts of investors. As of writing, RMDC has the last day closing price of Rs. 1,195.
